I headed down from Sarasota to South beach for Cynthia’s and Chris engagement session. Honestly I have not been to Lincon road for a very long time and had almost forgotten how nice it can be to breathe some Miami air. For some reason I always think about Miami vice ( Tv series many years ago when I grew up in Sweden).
Cynthia, Chris and I went for a stroll on Lincon road. Hot day as it only can be in South Florida in the Summer time.
We finnished the session by heading down to South Point park when a tropical storm hit us and it rained as hard as it can only rain in Miami.
Cynthia and Chris makes such a beautiful couple and I am very much looking forward to photograph their wedding at Hawks Cay in the Florida Keys Nov 13th of this year.

Meg and Roger got married May 7th of 2011. The ceremony was held at the beautiful St. Christopher’s Church in Hobe Sound North of Jupiter and the getting ready and reception was at The Colony in West Palm Beach, FL.
May 7th is not only Megs and Rogers wedding day but also the day of the Kentucky Derby, the ladies were sporting faboulous hats for the reception and the race was enthusiasticly followed on the big screen monitore in the outdoors reception area.
Fresh seafood and other delicious delicaseys where being served and most of all I think everyone was happy that Megs father could be there to walk her down the Isle and to hold a touching speach despite illness. Thank you to everyone involved for making it such a wonderful day.
In short it was a beautiful family occassion. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Iapicco !!!

Jamie and Carson got married beginning of April at Jupiter Beach Resort. I have been following Jamie’s frequent updates about her wedding plans on Facebook, and must say I am happy they finally tied the knot

I am not much of a poet but I can say that Carson is a man in love, any man who agrees on wearing pink for his wedding and have his cake decorated with Mickey mouse MUST be a man Madly in love and it show’s. Enjoy the future as husband and wife, Jamie and Carson I know the two of you will be very happy together.
The staff at Jupiter beach resort helped making this day as perfect as a Cinderella story could be. Thank you everyone for being so great !!

Abbey and Brandon got married 3/5/2011 at her family home in homestead. Abbey looked like Audrey Hepburn gone Punk Rock and Brandon could not take his eyes of her.
I’d say this wedding could not have been any better although the dogs enjoyed the cake the nite before !!

The other week I was at the Four seasons in Palm beach shooting some bridal fashion and interiors with Marjorie Chris Joriann photography. It was a lot of work since I was shooting and working light tech at the same time. But Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh the gowns !!!! Can I say it again THE GOWNS !!!!
Girls if you are planning on spending a bit on your wedding gown I know just the place. The boutique is called Boca Bridal, gosh they have some AMAZING once there.
The four seasons have a project called the million $$$ bride. The day was eventful with fashion designers, stylists, Jewelers, moms, wedding coordinators and models running back and forth. Me and Marjorie running the most, I think. The hotel has so many beautiful locations for a wedding.
If you are interested in a Bridal session with some fashion style I am all up for it.
The lighting equipment was rented from TYE studios (best fashion studio and equipment rental in town). Big thanks to my dear friend Donna, your the best !!!

Dallas and Sade got married at the Fort Lauderdale beach Mariott September the 14th. I must say this wedding had it all. Beautiful girls, handsome guys, proud fathers, mothers who cried, really cute kids and a lot of LOVE !!!.
I loved how the color scheme in the room matched the girls outfits and went soooo well with their beautiful golden skin tones.
Sade has great taste and everything went so well together, for example the beautiful pearl bracelets that she gave all of her brides maids. The kids where just great, everywhere I pointed my lens there where cute and happy faces.

Becky and Paul got had a very simple ceremony with the closest family at down at pompano beach August the 1st.
It was beautiful and very intimate, we did a little bridal session with just the two of them. Paul is a musician from Nashville and I give props to him, he is very romantic. Let me just say that that Becky was not the only one brought to tears as Paul was playing for her at the ceremony.

Matt and Colleen got married the 17th of July at Parklands golf and Country club in Coral springs Florida. This couple is soooo beautiful and I love to see young love.
Colleen was looking amazing and Matt was very handsome.
Bride was getting ready at her residence while groom and groomsmen got ready at the Heron Bay Mariott in Coral Springs.
After a beautiful outdoor ceremony we had some time to explore the grounds of the country club with this amazing couple.

Lauren and RJ got married at the Old Davie school house in Davie, FL.
She is beautiful he is handsome and they have a beautiful baby girl, this baby is really a true model.
She was paying great attention to her Mommy getting dressed and had fun playing with the buttons on Dads uniform.
Always happy smiling and curious, WOW she really stole the show center of every bodies attention.
The wedding was wonderful, true southern style with the old schoolhouse as a backdrop.
I am hoping to photograph a wedding here soon again !!!!

So, for everyone who has been reading my blog you might have noticed that I have not been updating it lately.
This is a wonderful wedding that I shoot back in March at the Bonnet house in Fort Lauderdale. I love this location for all of you brides who are planning your wedding this is a great spot with friendly staff and great backdrops for a romantic day.
Karen and Frank is such a great couple and I had a Blast working with them. The ceremony was held at San Sebastian Church, beautiful Catholic ceremony followed by the reception at Bonnet house.
A cuban and italian family caused for many fun dancing moves, I must say WOW these people really know how to move !!!

It was truly a joy to be there for Steven and Michelle’s wedding. Hot day in the upper Keys with a lot of wonderful people. What an amazing wedding and what an amazing couple!!!. Kelly and Scott got married the 9th of oct. 2009 at The Pelican Grand in Ft. Lauderdale. They had told me before that their families where amazing, but little did I expect that I would have a really hard time to keep up with Scotts parents, REALLY I feel old comparing to Scott dad (and everyone else for that matter) What a couple and WHAT a party. Congratulations again Kelly and Scott, the little that I have gotten to know U it is clear that the two of you are like made for each other. So I have finally promised my self to become a devoted Blogger, starting with posting some weddings the I did during the summer. I had a long and nice vacation in Sweden, it sure is nice to leave Florida for a while when it gets to hot, but now I am back and with new found energy. So I will keep my blog updated with new photography projects every week, or that is my promise. i am hoping that you will find it interesting enough to read my blog.

I have not been at the Red Reef park in Boca Raton for a while so I was glad that Kelly had picked it for hers and Scotts E- session.
This is another great location for photography here in South Florida, plenty of different backgrounds to choose from. Kelly and Scott go there to play golf sometimes they told me.
When we met they already had a glass of wine at the park, I will from now on recommend this to everyone who is doing a E- session with me!!.
Kelly had a very cute dress on and Scott was looking handsome.
We got some really fun shoots, my favorite was the one when Scott had a Flower behind his ear.
CUTE !! Not a problem to make these two laugh. O did i say make them laugh ?? They never stop …….

OK, this was the week of Key Biscayne. I was there no less then 4 times, however it is a great location and every time it is different. Different couple, different light, different time of day, different time of year.
Tracy and Rey is another great couple. They both looked great and I have to say, gosh he can not keep his hands of her!!!. This is a good thing, makes everything so much easier at an engagement session.
We had a great time ( despite all the mosquitos ). I just love that beautiful light right before the sun sets.
